Patient Responsibilities
Responsible for providing accurate and complete information about present complaints, past illnesses, hospitalizations, medications, current health status, and other matters relating to changes in health or service requirements.
Responsible for communicating personal and physical needs.
Patient/family members are responsible for providing respect, privacy, and safety to those providing care.
Responsible for taking care of personal belongings.
Responsible for following the prescribed and agreed treatment plan and instructions from the medical team.
Responsible for assuring that the financial obligations of his/her care are fulfilled as promptly as possible.
Patient/next of kin (NOK) is responsible for the continuous availability of drugs/consumables required for treatment at home.
